  1. 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil

  2. 1 large onion, chopped

  3. 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) minced jalapeno pepper

  4. 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) minced garlic,

  5. 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) minced fresh ginger

  6. 4 tsp. (20 mL) Knorr® Taste of India Concentrated Bouillon

  7. 2 cans (398 mL ea.) chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  8. 1 can (398 mL) low sodium tomato sauce

  9. 3/4 cup (175 mL) water

  10. 1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
