  1. 2 cans (170 g) tuna in water, drained and flaked

  2. 1/3 cup (75 mL) Hellmann's® with Olive Oil mayonnaise

  3. 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped celery

  4. 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped apple

  5. 1/4 cup (60 mL) dried cranberries

  6. 1/4 cup (60 mL) coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)

  7. 4 slices cheddar cheese or American cheese, cut up

  8. 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) finely chopped red onion

  9. 2 (8-in.) (20 cms) pita breads or whole wheat pita breads, halved
